This is a thai dipping sauce that I fell in love with when first eating thai food 20 years ago. Get your food processor out and wis up these ingredients. 1/2 cup Unsalted Smooth Peanut Butter, 2 tablespoons Tamari, 2 tablespoons Lime or Lemon Juice, 4 teaspoons Natural Sugar, 4 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce and 2 teaspoons Fresh Grated Ginger. You may need to add a little water (1 cup) or so to get creamy and dippable. Enjoy!
