Don't you love hard boiled eggs but don't like to peel them? Well try this. Bring a pot of 6 cups of Water to boil. Add 6 Eggs. Put a timer on for 15 to 17 minutes. Start timer when water comes back to boiling. After timer goes off submerge eggs in cold water. The peals should come off easily. Use this chopped in potato salad or make Eggs Goldenrod or just eat them as they are. Keep them in refrigetor for 1 week.
