This sauce is used to make tiramisu or trifles. I will add a little Sweet or Dry Marsala Wine when I want to make Tiramisu. Without the wine it can be used in a trifle. Using a food processor combine 2 packages of Cream Cheese with less than a 1/2 pint Whipping Cream then add 2 cups Powdered Sugar. Blend until smooth. You can add and little water to thin the mixture. If using the wine add 2 tablespoons Sweet or Dry Marsala Wine. Now you can store this in an airtight container for 7 days. If using wine it will last longer. The mixture should be pour-able yet thick.
