If you want this to be Deviled Ham Spread use Horseradish Mustard. Get a 1/4 Beeler's Ham and cut it into 3/4 inch cubes. Place these in you Food Processor and process till ham is broken up. Add 2 tablespoons Ma Clark's Mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard, 6 slices of Bread and Butter Pickles. Now turn on processor and blend into a chunky uniform texture. Small Dice another 6 slices of Pickles and add fold into mixture. Enjoy on crackers! This will keep a week refrigerated.
