Saute in your soup pot with 2 tablespoons Olive Oil: 1 diced Onion, 2 smashed large cloves Fresh Garlic and a sprinkle of Salt. When this is tender add 1 pound of grass fed Ground Beef, cook until all the pink is gone and it is well broken up. Add 1 large can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes and 1 small can of Tomato Paste. I like using a can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, it can be used in a lot of soups and gives a great complex flavor. Start by using 1/4 of the can and add more if you like it hotter. Add some more spices 1 tablespoon Chili Powder with Salt, 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin and Salt to finish. Enjoy!
