Next is Salmon Salad. Super, very super simple. 1 pound fresh chopped Spinach. 1  pound Giant White Beans and 1 package Smoked Salmon. Put spinach in the bowl you want to use, add beans and sauce. Remove the skins of the Smoked Salmon and chop into bite sized pieces, mix into salad. Serve.

 

You can use Smoked Turkey, Baked Tofu, diced flavored Tempeh, cherry Tomatoes or roasted Sweet Peppers. The Gaint White Beans come packed in a nice dressing, don't toss it out!
