Fruit Trifle

This is a simple dessert, very pretty and delish. You will need Pound Cake or Lady Fingers. Some Sweetened Cream Sauce, Lemon Curd, a Fruit Preserve and Fresh Fruit such as Strawberries or Blueberries. Start by smearing Lemon Curd on the small plate of your choice,  Cut a thin 2 inch x 4 inch piece of Pound Cake and push it into the lemon curd. Next smear a tablespoon of Strawberry Jam on the pound cake. Drizzel the Sweetened Cream Sauce over everything and top with some Sweet Berries. Enjoy!
