Olive Tapenade

This is supper easy. Drain 1 can of Green Olives, 1 can Black Olives, 1 can of Kalamata Olives and put these in your food processor. Add 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 cloves of Fresh Garlic, 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning or dry Oregano and 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice. Start Food Processor, pulse as needed and add olive oil if needed. You want to have a mixture that is chunky and spoonable, not thin.

Use this as a dip for chips or a spread for a pizza. I have also used this in sandwiches instead of mayo and in a crescent roll with a little Parmesan Cheese.
