Hummus

You will need a food processor to do this recipe justis. Drain 2 cans of Garbanzo Beans. Place these into food processor with 2 tablespoons Tahini, 2 to 3 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 cloves of Garlic, 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin and 2 teaspoons Salt. Start your processor and add oil or water to get it rotate and become smooth. This will take some time a minute or two. Check the flavors, you should get a hint of lemon, cumin and tahini. Check salt content. Enjoy!

 

You can add other flavors at this time. Roasted Red Peppers, more Roasted Garlic, Roasted Pine Nuts, Pickled Hot Peppers, Peppadew Peppers and Olives can give you a variety of flavors.
