Dice 1 pound of Butternut Squash and 1 pound yams. Saute 1 pound onion in 1 tablespoon Olive Oil. When this is well cooked add Squash, Yam and 3 cups Apple Juice. Dice 2 Apples and add these. When squash and yams are soft spice with 1 teaspoon each of Cumin, Curry Powder and Salt. When soup thickens check the spice flavors add extra if needed.
