This sauce is used to make tiramisu or trifles. I will add a little Sweet or Dry Marsala Wine when I want to make Tiramisu. Without the wine it can be used in a trifle. Using a food processor combine 2 packages of Cream Cheese with less than a 1/2 pint Whipping Cream then add 2 cups Powdered Sugar. Blend until smooth. You can add and little water to thin the mixture. If using the wine add 2 tablespoons Sweet or Dry Marsala Wine. Now you can store this in an airtight container

You don't need to get a bottle of 1,000 Island Dressing for your Corned Beef Sandwiches try this instead. You will need 2 cups Ma Clark's Mayonnaise (any mayonnaise will do) and a container of Peppadew Peppers. Blend up mayo with two tablespoons of the juice of Peppadew Peppers and 6 Whole Peppadew Peppers. If you want it thicker add some Sour Cream or Cream Cheese. Now you have your own 1,000 Island Dressing / Dip always fresh.
You will need 4 cups Dried Red Lentils. Bring 6 cups of Water to boil and add lentils. It should take 1/2 hour to fully hydrate the lentils. You may need to add another cup of Water or two. After 10 minutes add 2 fine diced Fresh Garlic Cloves, 2 Tablespoons Curry Powder, 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cumin and 2 teaspoons Salt. Stir often, the lentils will change color from red to a yellow green. When they thicken they may stick to the bottom of the pot so be careful and stir often.
If you want this to be Deviled Ham Spread use Horseradish Mustard. Get a 1/4 Beeler's Ham and cut it into 3/4 inch cubes. Place these in you Food Processor and process till ham is broken up. Add 2 tablespoons Ma Clark's Mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard, 6 slices of Bread and Butter Pickles. Now turn on processor and blend into a chunky uniform texture. This is supper easy. Drain 1 can of Green Olives, 1 can Black Olives, 1 can of Kalamata Olives and put these in your food processor. Add 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 cloves of Fresh Garlic, 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning or dry Oregano and 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice. Start Food Processor, pulse as needed and add olive oil if needed. You will need a food processor to do this recipe justis. Drain 2 cans of Garbanzo Beans. Place these into food processor with 2 tablespoons Tahini, 2 to 3 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 cloves of Garlic, 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin and 2 teaspoons Salt.
